Deposit and Reserving Your Trip To reserve your space, we require a deposit of $1000 per person, a complete Registration Form, and a signed Traveler’s Agreement, which will be sent separately via email. Reservations will be confirmed by email. The minimum number of travelers must be met for the trip to run.
Final Payment The balance of your payment shall be received in full no later than 120 days prior to the start of your Trip. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to regard your reservation as canceled and will retain your deposit to cover administrative fees.
Payment Details Payments shall be by check to D*Lux Travel or by credit card. Please note that 5% will be added to credit card payments to cover credit card fees.
Cancellations & Refunds We highly recommend travel insurance! At the time D*Lux Travel receives written notice that you must cancel your Trip, the following refunds will apply: If you cancel between 120 days and 61 days before the start of your Trip, you will be refunded 50% of the Trip price; there will be no refund for cancellations 60 days or less prior to departure.
